Eugenie Dieck works at the intersection of board governance, executive leadership, and strategy. She joins Nygren Consulting from Georgetown University, where she served as the vice president for strategy. Prior to Georgetown, Eugenie was a partner at Mercer Delta (now part of Oliver Wyman). Her early career was with VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) and as a program officer for the first Medicaid HMO. Eugenie is a member of the YWCA Academy of Women Leaders.

Eugenie has led assignments in health system mergers, senior leadership succession, CEO performance assessments, governance of collaboratives and partnerships, strategy development and staging, and the large scale organizational change associated with these assignments.
