Dan Abben, PhD, has been a member of the Nygren Consulting team since 2016. Before working in his current role as an Associate, he worked for a boutique consulting firm focusing on process improvement, primarily in pharmacology and biotech.
In addition to working with Nygren Consulting, Dan teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational psychology at DePaul University in Chicago, IL.
Dan has experience in the areas of board and individual director assessment, data analysis and synthesis, and training and development. He has worked with firms ranging from Fortune 500s to community-based not-for-profits in industries such as pharmacology, healthcare, higher education, and the arts.
