Our initial work with clients frequently starts with a data collection and analysis phase, usually including in-depth interviews with key individuals whose perspectives will help to illuminate key issues and paths forward. These data are the individual puzzle pieces we assemble to create a balanced, well-rounded picture of the work ahead.
