Camille Rutherford, MS, is an Operations Manger and business consultant based in Santa Barbara, CA. She has experience in desiging and improving organizational strategies and operations, coordinating and creating organizational teams and strategic partnerships. She has created and fostered multi-organizational internship and development programs. She has worked with a variety of organizations in various industries including several in the global social impact space.
Prior to joining the Nygren Consulting team in 2021 as their Operations Manager/Associate, Camille had a background in luxury hospitality and real estate management, marketing and operations. After twelve years in those industries, she segued her knowledge and experience of operations and management into the field of social impact investing and consulting. Working in that field piqued her interest and passion for helping others and she still volunteers her time to assist emerging businesses and organizations across the globe. She is currently on the Global Planning Committee for a volunteer-based COVID-19 relief program.
Camille enjoys organizing and coordinating teams as well as implementing and improving upon operational procedures and strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and success!
